Job Responsibility:
Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing financial insights and recommendations
Manage and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with precision and efficiency
Develop comprehensive financial reports that translate operational data into actionable strategies
Drive the organization's budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts
Implement and monitor performance metrics to improve financial operations
Evaluate and enhance the internal control framework to ensure robust governance
Standardize and document accounting policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance
Coordinate external audits and tax-related activities to ensure readiness and accuracy
Strengthen inventory management processes, including cycle counts and physical inventory alignment with financial records
Lead improvements in standard costing and variance analysis within the manufacturing environment
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within manufacturing
Expertise in manufacturing cost accounting and related processes
Proven ability to manage financial close processes and reporting requirements
Strong knowledge of internal controls, compliance standards, and audit practices
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics development
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational alignment
Proficiency in inventory management and cost accounting methodologies
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate across teams and drive initiatives
