Controller

• Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support operational and strategic initiatives
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with timely, precise reporting
• Direct daily accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and manufacturing cost accounting
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls to protect company assets and ensure compliance
• Deliver financial insights, KPIs, and recommendations to senior leadership to guide decision‑making
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure smooth annual audits
• Evaluate and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal financial policies
• Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analyses, and operational performance summaries

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a Controller role
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and accounting operations
• Expertise in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation
• Familiarity with internal controls and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
