Job Description:

Randstad Staffing is currently looking for a Controller for a well reputable company in the northwest of Winnipeg for a permanent full-time role. Do you have a passion for numbers? Do you hold a CPA designation? Do you have a minimum of 3 years of experience with reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting? Do you have previous assistant controller experience? ... Do you want to be part of an amazing team in a multinational organization?

Job Responsibility:

Co-ordinating day-to-day financial operations
Liaise with internal and external auditors
Reporting, budgeting and forecasting
Coordinate activities with external and internal auditors
Other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:

University degree and recognized accounting designation
More than 3 years experience in an accounting role
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience interpreting complex financial models
Good business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with competing priorities
