Controller

• Direct the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support informed business decisions and measurable performance improvement
• Analyze operating results and financial trends, translating findings into practical recommendations for executives and key stakeholders
• Monitor cash position, liquidity needs, and capital allocation to help maintain stability and support planned investments
• Lead the preparation of accurate financial reports, oversee audit coordination, and ensure compliance with required disclosures and reporting standards
• Manage lender communications, recurring financial submissions, and adherence to borrowing agreements and covenant obligations
• Establish, maintain, and improve financial policies, internal controls, and accountability practices that promote accuracy and transparency
• Oversee treasury operations, including banking relationships, cash forecasting, and risk-focused financial safeguards
• Partner with leadership on acquisitions, expansion efforts, and broader strategic initiatives that drive long-term enterprise value
• Provide direction, mentorship, and oversight to the accounting team while contributing to board-level reporting and governance support

• 5+ years of experience in a Controller or senior-level finance and accounting leadership role
• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing cash flow, treasury activities, banking relationships, and debt covenant reporting
• Ability to evaluate business performance and present actionable financial guidance to executives and stakeholders
• Proven leadership experience in developing accounting teams and improving finance operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
