Job Description:

RevenueCat removes the headaches of building and scaling in‑app subscriptions. We’re looking for a highly capable, experienced Controller to own and scale the accounting function at RevenueCat. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-ownership role at a fast-growing, venture-backed company that recently raised a $50M Series C.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and scale the accounting function
  • Be the company’s most senior accounting leader
  • Partner with Head of Finance
  • Lead month-end close
  • Oversee financial reporting

  • Run accounting function with autonomy

  • Shape infrastructure for long-term goals

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of accounting experience
  • 3+ years at a Big 4 accounting firm working with technology or SaaS clients
  • Active CPA
  • Deep experience with US GAAP and financial reporting
  • Meaningful accounting role at a SaaS or enterprise software company, ideally in a high-growth environment
  • Experience leading audits and managing external audit relationships
  • Responsible for month-end close, consolidations, revenue recognition, and technical accounting at scale
  • Comfortable operating with limited oversight and building/owning/improving accounting processes end-to-end
  • Prior people management experience
  • US-based and knowledgeable about US accounting, payroll, and tax frameworks
  • Process-oriented and detail-obsessed
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and tackling problems with unclear solutions

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Stripe, QuickBooks Online, and/or implementing an enterprise ERP (i.e. NetSuite)
  • Exposure to IPO readiness
  • Experience with global payroll, M&A, consolidations, and multi-entity setups
