Coordinate and act as liaison for year-end audit and tax returns
interact with external auditors, tax consultants, and other service providers
Implement, support and oversee SOX compliance measures and implement new policies to meet departmental goals
Maximize the performance and contribution of each direct and extended team member through mentoring, professional and best practice development, and leading by example
Partner with and maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR and IT)
