Job Description:

Lead and oversee the financial operations of our client's organization in South Jersey. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting processes while driving improvements in financial reporting and operational workflows.

Job Responsibility:

Manage all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes
Develop and maintain weekly cash flow forecasts
Collaborate with external auditors for annual audit processes
Prepare financial documentation for bank covenant testing
Analyze financial statements to identify trends and issues
Oversee filing of sales taxes, real estate taxes, and other regulatory requirements
Assist in creating annual budgets and year-end financial planning
Drive process improvement initiatives within the finance department

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education
CPA required
10+ years progressive experience within the manufacturing industry
Proven supervisory experience and ability to lead a small team
Strong knowledge of cost accounting preferred
Proficiency in MS Office
MAS 90/Sage 100 experience preferred
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
