We are looking for a skilled Controller with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains to join our client's team. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and optimize financial modules within Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues in Dynamics GP to ensure seamless functionality
  • Perform month-end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial data, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Prepare and review journal entries to maintain the integrity of financial records
  • Support audits and provide documentation for compliance and reporting purposes
  • Offer insights and recommendations for system improvements and enhancements
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure accuracy in all aspects of financial management
  • Contribute to the success of key financial projects within the organization

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, particularly in financial modules
  • Proficiency in month-end close activities, including reconciliation and journal entries
  • Strong expertise in managing General Ledger and Fixed Assets
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Dynamics GP
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
  • Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet deadlines consistently
