Requirements

Significant experience (8+ years) in Finance & Financial Reporting, ideally within a multinational company
Proven experience developing and implementing internal controls and SOX compliance programs
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis to support recommendations
Experience leading projects and teams and a demonstrated ability to influence decision-making
Experience working in a matrix environment and collaborating effectively across functions and regions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Japanese
