Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Controller Consultant to support our client in the Construction sector. This position requires an individual with deep construction experience to assist with WIP and project costing reconciliations to complete an accounting system implementation. The ideal candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of project accounting, including progress billing and the WIP Schedules. The consultant must also possess functional experience with Foundation software. This role will be fully remote, but Foundation system and Construction experience is a must have for this role.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction accounting
  • Proficiency in using Foundation Software
  • Strong knowledge of progress billing and Work-in-Progress schedules
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proven track record of handling project accounting tasks within the construction industry
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Knowledge of Work in Progress schedules
  • Working knowledge of Foundation Software (must)
  • Construction experience, WIP, project accounting (must have)
