Job Responsibility:

  • Orchestrate general ledger and month-end close across all locations
  • Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting packages for management and stakeholders
  • Own payroll administration, ensuring precision and compliance
  • Oversee WIP (Work-In-Process) tracking and analysis
  • Monitor and forecast company cash flow like a pro

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (required)

  • Advanced QuickBooks and MS Office skills
  • In-depth GAAP, internal controls, payroll, and cash management knowledge
