Job Responsibility

  • Orchestrate general ledger and month-end close across all locations
  • Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting packages for management and stakeholders

  • Oversee WIP (Work-In-Process) tracking and analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (required)
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience—preferably in multi-location or service environments
  • Management or supervisory background strongly preferred
  • Advanced QuickBooks and MS Office skills
  • In-depth GAAP, internal controls, payroll, and cash management knowledge
  • Proven experience improving processes and shaping accounting policies
  • Top-tier critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
