Job Responsibility:
Orchestrate general ledger and month-end close across all locations
Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting packages for management and stakeholders
Own payroll administration, ensuring precision and compliance
Oversee WIP (Work-In-Process) tracking and analysis
Monitor and forecast company cash flow like a pro
Continuously refine financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Champion best practices that boost efficiency and scalability enterprise-wide
Partner with operations to support budgeting and forecasting cycles
Supervise and inspire accounting staff as business scales
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (required)
5+ years of progressive accounting experience—preferably in multi-location or service environments
Management or supervisory background strongly preferred
Advanced QuickBooks and MS Office skills
In-depth GAAP, internal controls, payroll, and cash management knowledge
Proven experience improving processes and shaping accounting policies
Top-tier critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
