Job Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire a specialized team of engineers, fostering professional growth and removing technical roadblocks to ensure project success
  • Architect and oversee the development of robust control system algorithms for complex dynamic mechanical systems
  • Drive continuous improvement in software development processes across geographically dispersed teams to enhance product quality

Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing engineering teams and leading complex technical projects
  • Deep expertise in control system algorithm development using MATLAB and Simulink
  • Extensive experience in the test, verification, and productization of algorithms for mechanical systems
  • Solid understanding of safety-critical software development, including HIL and SIL testing environments
  • Strong background in guidance, navigation, and C/C++ software development

Nice to have

  • Practical experience with automatic controls specifically for off-highway or heavy machinery
  • Advanced knowledge of GNSS and IMU state estimation for autonomous vehicle control
  • Experience managing projects within a joint venture or multi-divisional corporate structure
