Requirements
Proven track record in managing engineering teams and leading complex technical projects
Deep expertise in control system algorithm development using MATLAB and Simulink
Extensive experience in the test, verification, and productization of algorithms for mechanical systems
Solid understanding of safety-critical software development, including HIL and SIL testing environments
Strong background in guidance, navigation, and C/C++ software development
Nice to have
Practical experience with automatic controls specifically for off-highway or heavy machinery
Advanced knowledge of GNSS and IMU state estimation for autonomous vehicle control
Experience managing projects within a joint venture or multi-divisional corporate structure
