Job Description

Senior level position for Instrumentation and Control (I&C) systems design and pesonnel supervision.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervision of the I&C team
  • Preparation of instrument lists, specifications, control systems drawings, control system descriptions, network detail drawings, fiber optic architecture, instrument data sheets, material take-offs, estimating, and calculations
  • Responsible for complete designs of Programmable Logic Control (PLC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems
  • Identify proper selection and specification of equipment and instruments associated with the process and control system

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years relative experience is required
  • Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and have exceptional organizational skills
  • Must be able to lead a department and project team
  • Pass the background check
  • BS in Electrical Engineering
  • Proficient in math and science skills for technical understanding and use of process control system information
  • Experience with AutoCAD, spreadsheets, databases
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Availability for field investigating trips is required
  • Must be able to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner and work in a team environment sharing roles and responsibilities, with limited supervision
  • Candidate must be able to travel, domestically & internationally, to other M3 offices and project sites as necessary to provide office and field support for projects
  • Valid passport or the ability to obtain one is required

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) capability would be advantagous
  • Must have a PE
