Job Responsibility

Monitoring and surveillance of CCTV systems to maintain security and safety
Managing access control and preparing reports to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Overseeing access control procedures, including issuing passes, and supervising entry points
Use of security systems, including visitor management tools and electronic logging systems
Front‑of‑house/concierge duties, offering a welcoming and professional meet‑and‑greet service
Incident response, including escalation and liaison with emergency services when required
Regular patrols of internal and external areas
Accurate report writing, including incident logs, daily occurrence reports, and handover notes
Customer service and conflict management, ensuring a calm and professional approach at all times
Perform ad hoc duties as directed
