Typing and verifying all contracts
Run credit reports and reporting information
Maintain inventory reports
Verifying and reporting equity reports
Compiling files
Maintaining accounting for monies received
All other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
Prior Administrative experience
Extremely detail-oriented
Time management
Multitask
Computer literate – Microsoft Excel, Word, and all basic computer programs
