Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Contracts Paralegal/Manager for a part-time, temporary position with our client in Boca Raton. This is an onsite position that will transition towards a hybrid position. Candidates can expect to start at 10-15 hours per week, and hours per week may increase as the assignment evolves. This is a flexible position that can be done outside of standard business hours.

Job Responsibility:

Managing the lifecycle of commercial contracts, construction contracts, and insurance contracts

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant contracts management experience
  • Ideally with an in-house legal department

Nice to have:

Experience with risk management
