Robert Half is partnering with cutting‑edge Healthcare Tech client to hire a Contracts Paralegal or Senior Contracts Paralegal for a fully remote temp‑to‑hire opportunity. Job Responsibility:

  • Draft, review, and redline a wide range of commercial agreements (health plans, provider networks, vendor contracts, DUAs, BAAs)
  • Spot risks, flag unusual terms, and prep clean summaries for attorney review
  • Support negotiations through comparison charts, issue tracking, and version control
  • Partner with sales for quick contract questions and status updates
  • Own and optimize the contract lifecycle in SpotDraft (templates, workflows, approvals, reporting)
  • Manage renewal tracking, clause libraries, and obligations inventories
  • Run and improve Jira-based legal intake
  • Build playbooks, FAQs, and self‑service tools to keep the business moving
  • Maintain corporate records, resolutions, annual filings, and entity documentation
  • Assist with subsidiary management and corporate housekeeping
  • Work closely with Growth, Compliance, Operations, and external stakeholders
  • Support compliance research, documentation, and training
  • Monitor regulatory changes affecting contracting
  • Coordinate document flow, logistics, and budget tracking

Requirements:

  • Contracts Paralegal: 5+ years’ experience
  • Heavy commercial contracts drafting experience
  • Healthcare background (payor, provider, or value‑based care)
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA + familiarity with AKS, Stark, healthcare privacy
  • Corporate records management experience
  • Excellent communication + extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent training

  • Jira familiarity
  • Notary public certification
