Job Description

An electric vehicle infrastructure company is seeking a Contracts Paralegal / Legal Contracts Manager to join their Legal team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a high-volume real estate contracting function within a fast-growing, renewable energy organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Review, process, and manage a high volume of real estate and site development contracts, including leases and related agreements
  • Analyze contract language, identify key terms, and support contract negotiation and standardization efforts
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal real estate, legal, and business teams regarding contract-related questions
  • Track and maintain contract pipelines, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates
  • Prepare, review, and revise site development and real estate agreements based on legal and business needs
  • Support improvements to contract templates, workflows, and contract management systems (e.g., Salesforce, CMS platforms)

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Paralegal or Legal Contracts Manager with a strong focus on real estate contracts and leasing (required)
  • Strong understanding of lease structures and real estate contract terms
  • Experience managing high-volume contract workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • experience with Salesforce and contract management systems preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-facing skills
