Contracts Officer (Energy from Waste)

• Supporting the management of contracts related to the operation of the Council’s energy from waste facility and the associated sale of the electricity it generates
• Data management
• Finance
• Regular site visits
• Interaction with numerous stakeholders

• Proven experience in the management of contracts
• Proven experience in financial forecasting
• Proven experience in data management
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement across both the public and private sectors
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences in the form of reports or presentations
• Ability to prioritise workload on a daily basis
