Job Responsibility:
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Oversee and manage multiple live contracts, ensuring high standards are consistently met
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
Monitor performance, budgets, and KPIs across contracts
Represent the business professionally in meetings, presentations, and networking events
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development within a relevant industry
Strong background in managing or overseeing contracts/projects
Commercially aware with the ability to spot growth opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A confident, engaging personality — someone clients enjoy working with
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
