We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of security services across a portfolio of high-profile corporate accounts throughout the South East. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who can lead service excellence and ensure an outstanding client experience.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to maximise client satisfaction
Lead and support teams across the region to ensure high performance and service delivery
Conduct regular client meetings across accounts to ensure engagement and contract compliance
Manage the mobilisation of new contracts and operational transitions
Undertake staff appraisals and address HR/disciplinary matters when required
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of regional staff.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing a portfolio of contracts within the manned guarding sector from retail, commercial, key holding and mobile patrols
A successful track record in customer relationship management
Working knowledge of the security sector
Valid frontline SIA licence (DS or CP)
Extensive experience within the Security industry
Carry out site visits and staff onsite welfare checks.
