Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with high-volume agreements across multiple projects and collaborate closely with procurement and regulatory teams. The position will begin as a part-time (20 hours/week) opportunity.

Job Responsibility

  • Draft, review, and negotiate third-party agreements, including site agreements and data registry contracts for domestic and international clients
  • Provide legal support within procurement processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal contracts teams and regulatory affairs groups to align on project requirements
  • Manage a high volume of agreements across multiple large projects
  • Work closely with the Head of Procurement and the Head of Regulatory Affairs
  • Ensure all contracts meet organizational standards and regulatory guidelines
  • Handle contract administration tasks to maintain efficient workflow and documentation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration- global experience a plus
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and legal functions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in handling high-volume workloads efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field preferred
