Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Energy Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
At least 5 years’ experience in contract management, commercial management in asset operations environment
Experience within renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, or energy storage sectors preferred

Job Responsibility

Manage the lifecycle of O&M contracts, including drafting, review, execution, administration, amendments, renewals, and close-out
Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting requirements
Support the negotiation of commercial terms with service providers and partners
Maintain contract records, correspondence, and documentation
Work closely with Asset Management & Operations, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to ensure contractual alignment with operational objectives
Identify contractual risks, inconsistencies, and potential claims, and support mitigation strategies
Work closely with the Performance and Operations teams to translate technical underperformance into actionable commercial claims, leading the quantification and recovery of Liquidated Damages (LDs) and performance penalties
Assist in evaluating contractor and service provider performance against agreed deliverables
Support dispute resolution processes and coordinate contractual communications where required
Act as a key point of contact for contractual matters relating to BESS asset operations
