Job Responsibility
Lead the drafting, review, and revision of commercial agreements to align business terms with organizational objectives and risk standards
Manage contract negotiations with customers, vendors, and partners, working to resolve issues efficiently and secure balanced outcomes
Oversee the full contract lifecycle, from intake and document development through execution, renewals, amendments, and closeout activities
Provide contract administration support by maintaining accurate records, tracking key dates, and ensuring documentation is complete and accessible
Partner with legal, procurement, finance, and business teams to clarify requirements and support timely contract execution
Identify contractual risks, interpret key terms and conditions, and recommend practical solutions to protect business interests
Monitor agreement obligations and deliverables to help maintain compliance with internal policies and commercial commitments
Support process improvement efforts related to contract management workflows, controls, and reporting practices
Requirements
Demonstrated experience managing commercial contracts in a detail-focused business environment
Strong background in contract negotiations, including the ability to evaluate terms and drive issue resolution
Hands-on expertise in contract management across drafting, review, execution, and post-award administration
Proven ability to prepare clear, accurate contract documents and amendments with strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of contract administration practices, document control, and deadline tracking
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple functional teams
