AI company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team, focused on supporting complex SaaS contract negotiations and management. This is a fully remote position offering flexible hours that will ebb and flow between 10-40 hours per week based on business needs, providing an ideal environment for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced and adaptable setting.
Job Responsibility:
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of SaaS, software licensing, and technology agreements with customers, vendors, and partners
Collaborate with internal business teams to provide guidance on contractual issues, identify potential risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives
Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from intake through execution, maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Support the improvement of contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and internal contracting processes to drive efficiency and minimize risk
Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, IT, and operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Stay current on trends and changes related to SaaS contracting and best practices
Requirements:
5-10+ years of direct experience working with a significant focus on SaaS or technology agreements
Must hold an active Bar license in the United States
Proven expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing SaaS contracts
Strong understanding of key SaaS agreement terms, data privacy, intellectual property, and compliance considerations
Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a 100% remote, flexible environment
