Job Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, including purchase orders and buying processes
  • Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts to ensure favorable terms and compliance with organizational policies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and align procurement strategies with business goals
  • Utilize procurement systems effectively to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Conduct performance assessments and provide development opportunities for team members
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability in procurement operations
  • Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines to meet organizational needs and objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate procurement and contract management
  • Strong understanding of buying processes and procurement functions
  • Proficiency in contract negotiations and vendor management
  • Familiarity with procurement systems such as JobBOSS or similar tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
