We are looking for a remote Contracts Manager to join our client’s IT software organization on a Contract basis. This role focuses on shaping, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, with particular emphasis on SaaS agreements involving public sector entities.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the preparation, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements across software and technology-related transactions
Negotiate SaaS agreements and related terms
Manage the full contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and redlining through execution and ongoing administration
Partner with internal stakeholders to align contract terms with business goals, risk considerations, and pricing strategies
Support transactions involving public sector organizations by addressing compliance needs and contractual requirements
Maintain accurate contract records, monitor key milestones, and help ensure timely follow-up on renewals, amendments, and obligations
Provide practical guidance on contractual language, issue resolution, and negotiation strategy to help close agreements efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience managing and negotiating SaaS agreements
Strong background in contract administration and end-to-end contract management
Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and revising contractual documents with minimal supervision
Demonstrated ability to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing in complex business agreements
