We are looking for a Contracts Manager to support a time-sensitive security breach response effort in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts. This Contract position will focus on organizing contract activity, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure client-related documentation is reviewed and tracked with precision. The role is well suited for someone who can manage sensitive information carefully while working across teams in a fast-moving environment.
Job Responsibility
Lead contract coordination activities tied to the security breach response, ensuring tasks move forward efficiently and accurately
Review agreements and supporting records to confirm documentation is complete, organized, and ready for follow-up actions
Build and maintain tracking tools, including spreadsheets, tables, and databases that capture information across the full client portfolio
Monitor contract progress, renewal dates, critical terms, and related client details to support timely decision-making
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather updates, resolve documentation gaps, and keep contract records current
Maintain structured files and reporting materials that support visibility into contract status and response-related obligations
Handle confidential information with discretion while meeting deadlines in a high-priority operational setting
Requirements
Prior experience in contract management, contract administration, or a closely related function
Strong working knowledge of Excel and other spreadsheet-based tracking tools
Ability to create and maintain organized databases, logs, and status reports
Excellent attention to detail with a consistent approach to documentation accuracy
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Comfort working with sensitive or confidential information in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams
