Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a Contracts Manager for a well-recognized company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves reviewing contract documents, summarizing contracts, analyzing gaps, drafting templates for contractual agreements, and handling basic template drafting tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct comprehensive reviews of contract documents to ensure alignment with organizational standards
Summarize contracts in a clear and concise manner, highlighting any issues identified during the review process
Perform detailed gap analyses to identify discrepancies between templates and agreements
Draft and provide recommendations on templates for contractual agreements based on the analysis of existing contracts
Handle basic template drafting tasks, including analysis on agreements falling within procurement and grant/government sectors

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
Expertise in creating and managing Amendments
Experience in Auditing, with a focus on contract compliance
