Job Description

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to support a time-sensitive security breach response effort in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts. This Contract position will focus on organizing contract activity, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure client-related documentation is reviewed and tracked with precision. The role is well suited for someone who can manage sensitive information carefully while working across teams in a fast-moving environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead contract coordination activities tied to the security breach response, ensuring tasks move forward efficiently and accurately
  • Review agreements and supporting records to confirm documentation is complete, organized, and ready for follow-up actions
  • Build and maintain tracking tools, including spreadsheets, tables, and databases that capture information across the full client portfolio
  • Monitor contract progress, renewal dates, critical terms, and related client details to support timely decision-making
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather updates, resolve documentation gaps, and keep contract records current
  • Maintain structured files and reporting materials that support visibility into contract status and response-related obligations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion while meeting deadlines in a high-priority operational setting

Requirements

  • Prior experience in contract management, contract administration, or a closely related function
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and other spreadsheet-based tracking tools
  • Ability to create and maintain organized databases, logs, and status reports
  • Excellent attention to detail with a consistent approach to documentation accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Comfort working with sensitive or confidential information in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams
