Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards while collaborating with various departments. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in managing agreements across a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, procurement, and operations, to ensure contracts align with business objectives
  • Analyze contract language to identify financial and operational implications, proposing practical solutions to mitigate risk
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Fair Market Value standards, within all agreements
  • Develop and maintain structured processes to manage contract deliverables and deadlines effectively
  • Utilize contract management software and tools, such as Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, to streamline contract administration
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate consensus and successful contract execution
  • Review and interpret complex pharmaceutical manufacturer agreement terms and processes to support organizational goals
  • Provide guidance on legal and compliance matters related to contracts
  • Prepare and present reports on contract status and performance metrics to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, negotiation, and administration
  • Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and contract management software
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturer agreement terms and related processes a plus
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory compliance requirements, including Fair Market Value standards
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively across departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to analyze contract language and propose solutions to mitigate risks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to develop structured workflows
