Contracts Manager

• Review, revise, and negotiate vendor contracts, pricing agreements, and service arrangements to secure favorable terms and reduce organizational risk
• Ensure all agreements comply with healthcare industry regulations, including privacy, safety, and billing standards
• Manage a wide-ranging portfolio of contracts, tracking renewals, obligations, and key provisions with precision
• Identify opportunities to streamline contract administration processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Act as a liaison between legal, compliance, finance, supply chain, and leadership teams to address contract-related issues
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract best practices and risk mitigation
• Support audits, due diligence efforts, and inquiries related to contract management
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contracts and associated activities.

• Strong understanding of contract law and vendor management principles, demonstrated at a paralegal level
• Proven experience negotiating and improving contracts in a healthcare or hospital setting
• Ability to efficiently manage large portfolios of contracts with exceptional attention to detail
• Skilled in identifying and mitigating risks during contract negotiations and administration
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Bachelor’s degree required
• paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred
• Familiarity with contract management software is advantageous
• Expertise in commercial contracts and vendor agreements.
