  • Resolve escalated issues quickly to maintain a positive resident experience
  • Support performance management, coaching and upskilling

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within retrofit, planned works, energy-efficiency or R&M environments
  • Strong leadership experience managing supervisors, operatives and subcontractors

  • Retrofit Coordinator RC qualified, experience knowledge preferred
  • Excellent understanding of building maintenance, quality standards and health & safety requirements
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering contracts to programme, budget and KPI targets
  • Experience working directly with clients and resident groups
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and financial performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume, multi-site programmes
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive, solutions-led approach
  • IT literate and confident using contract management systems
