Contracts Manager - Retrofit

We are now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager Retrofit, based from our Leeds office and covering an area across the wider region, to lead the successful delivery of energy-efficiency and decarbonisation programmes across our client portfolio. You will be accountable for operational performance, contract compliance, financial delivery and client satisfaction, ensuring all retrofit works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a key leadership role in a growing area of the business, ideal for someone with a strong background in retrofit, planned works or energy-efficiency programmes, and proven experience managing multi-trade teams.
