Job Responsibility
Lead negotiations for carrier, wholesale, and property access agreements, serving as the primary contract point of contact for assigned transactions
Draft, review, and revise commercial terms in partnership with sales, legal, finance, and other stakeholders to support efficient deal completion
Manage the full contract lifecycle, including intake, redlining, approvals, execution, and handoff to the appropriate business teams
Prepare and negotiate amendments, scope modifications, and related contractual updates as business needs evolve
Resolve contract issues by coordinating with cross-functional partners and identifying practical solutions that protect company interests
Support business sales initiatives by ensuring agreements align with internal policy, financial considerations, and overall commercial objectives
Provide additional contracting support to the broader team by assisting with active deal flow and helping maintain negotiation momentum across multiple workstreams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in contract management, negotiations, or a related field
Typically 6–8 years of experience handling commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements end to end
Background in telecom, service agreements, carrier contracts, or property access-related agreements is strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with sales, legal, finance, and other internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation and issue-resolution skills with the ability to balance business goals and risk standards
Solid understanding of contract language, amendments, scope changes, and approval processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple agreements and deadlines simultaneously
