Antella Travel Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's leading luxury Destination Management Companies to recruit an experienced Luxury Hotel Contracts Manager. Specialising in high-end inbound travel throughout the UK and Ireland, our client creates bespoke travel experiences for international FIT and luxury travellers. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a commercially driven Contracts Manager to take ownership of their luxury hotel portfolio, with a particular focus on the London market. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hotel contracting professional with strong industry relationships and a passion for luxury travel.
Job Responsibility
Negotiate and manage hotel contracts, rates, allocations, value-adds, and preferred partnerships with luxury accommodation providers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hotel partners, with a particular focus on the London luxury hotel market
Identify, source, and onboard new luxury hotel partners to enhance the company's product offering
Conduct regular supplier meetings, site inspections, and market visits to strengthen partnerships and maintain product quality
Analyse market trends, supplier performance, and commercial opportunities to maximise revenue and competitiveness
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop tactical offers, promotions, and exclusive client benefits
Represent the business at industry events, networking functions, trade shows, and familiarisation trips
Requirements
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, Hotel Contracts Manager, Market Manager, or Supplier Relations Manager within inbound travel, luxury travel, DMCs, wholesalers, or tour operations
Strong existing relationships within the London luxury hotel sector
Excellent commercial awareness with strong negotiation and influencing skills
Analytical and highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to build long-term supplier partnerships and identify commercial opportunities
Confident communicator with a proactive and relationship-driven approach
Full UK or EU driving licence preferred
