Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial sites across Croydon and the surrounding area. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong facilities management professional with a background in hard services to join a growing and well-established FM provider. As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational delivery of hard FM services across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, service excellence and strong client relationships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the delivery of hard services maintenance contracts across a multi-site portfolio
  • Leading and supporting engineering teams and site supervisors
  • Ensuring all works are delivered in line with SLA/KPI requirements
  • Managing PPM and reactive maintenance programmes
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Managing subcontractors and specialist service providers
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
  • Monitoring contract performance, budgets and reporting

Requirements:

  • Experience managing hard services FM contracts
  • A background in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering
  • Previous experience as a Contracts Manager / Technical Manager / Hard Services Manager
  • Strong knowledge of PPM, compliance and statutory maintenance
  • Experience managing engineers and subcontractors
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
