Job Responsibility

  • Preparing accurate and timely software price quotations for both existing and new clients
  • Issuing licence agreements and contract addenda while participating in contract negotiations
  • Distributing software products via courier and email
  • Assisting clients with download or security device issues
  • Issuing sales invoices in line with financial controls
  • Supporting client processes by responding efficiently to requests for company information
  • Engaging directly with clients through email and meetings to assist with their procurement processes
  • Providing proactive ad hoc assistance to clients and internal colleagues to ensure overall success
  • As you gain experience, you will also assist in preparing tender/bid documentation and participate in drafting and negotiating more complex licence agreements
