Job Description:

We are looking for a Contracts Finance Administrator to join the team here at DPL Group

Job Responsibility:

Processing engineer documentation for the facilities maintenance team
General Administration
Processing multiple client applications for payment
Updating supplier work orders and processing invoices for the accounts team
Use of client portals
Review and resolve customer finance queries

Requirements:

Proficient excel use
Effective communicator
Ability to multi-task
Experience of working in a finance role is desirable
Analytical and logical thinking

Nice to have:

A good level of financial understanding
Use of Sage
Use of simPRO
