Job Responsibility

  • Acting as the primary contact for contractors and service providers
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Overseeing health and safety compliance across our offices
  • Conducting compliance checks and managing office support services like cleaning and security
  • Leading a team of Facilities Management Assistants and supervising their tasks

Requirements

  • Experience in an office and facilities management environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • A flexible attitude and the ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Nice to have
