Join Our client as a Contracts & Facilities Officer! Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the housing sector? Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contracts & Facilities Officer to join their team on a temporary basis in Speke, Liverpool. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to a safe and efficient working environment for colleagues across the region!

Job Responsibility:

Acting as the primary contact for contractors and service providers
Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Overseeing health and safety compliance across our offices
Conducting compliance checks and managing office support services like cleaning and security
Leading a team of Facilities Management Assistants and supervising their tasks

Requirements:

Experience in an office and facilities management environment
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
A flexible attitude and the ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Nice to have:

First Aid training
IOSH Health & Safety certification
Experience in managing internal office moves and service contracts
