Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contracts & Facilities Officer to join their team on a temporary basis in Speke, Liverpool. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to a safe and efficient working environment for colleagues across the region!

Job Responsibility:

  • Acting as the primary contact for contractors and service providers
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Overseeing health and safety compliance across our offices
  • Conducting compliance checks and managing office support services like cleaning and security
  • Leading a team of Facilities Management Assistants and supervising their tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in an office and facilities management environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • A flexible attitude and the ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Nice to have:

  • First Aid training
  • IOSH Health & Safety certification
  • Experience in managing internal office moves and service contracts
