Job Description:

The Contracts Executive will report to the Contracts Manager and support the coordination, administration and monitoring of contracts with NHS commissioners and other stakeholders. The role will play a key part in ensuring contractual requirements are met, documentation is maintained accurately and performance information is captured and reported effectively.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the management of NHS and private healthcare contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up to date and aligned to contractual requirements
  • Maintain contract records, schedules and key documents, ensuring version control and accessibility across the team
  • Assist in the tracking of contract performance against agreed activity levels and key performance indicators
  • Collate and prepare data to support internal reporting, commissioner submissions and contract reviews
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders in relation to contract queries, supporting effective communication and timely resolution of issues
  • Work closely with operational, clinical and finance teams to ensure alignment with contractual requirements
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting audit readiness
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and documentation required for meetings with commissioners and internal governance groups
  • Support compliance with contractual, regulatory and organisational requirements, ensuring that processes are followed and evidence is maintained
  • Assist with audits and reviews, providing documentation and information as required
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation and reporting within the contracts function, supporting efficiency and consistency across the team

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within a healthcare, contracts or regulated environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective working relationships
