The Contracts Executive will report to the Contracts Manager and support the coordination, administration and monitoring of contracts with NHS commissioners and other stakeholders. The role will play a key part in ensuring contractual requirements are met, documentation is maintained accurately and performance information is captured and reported effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Support the management of NHS and private healthcare contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up to date and aligned to contractual requirements
Maintain contract records, schedules and key documents, ensuring version control and accessibility across the team
Assist in the tracking of contract performance against agreed activity levels and key performance indicators
Collate and prepare data to support internal reporting, commissioner submissions and contract reviews
Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders in relation to contract queries, supporting effective communication and timely resolution of issues
Work closely with operational, clinical and finance teams to ensure alignment with contractual requirements
Maintain accurate records across internal systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting audit readiness
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and documentation required for meetings with commissioners and internal governance groups
Support compliance with contractual, regulatory and organisational requirements, ensuring that processes are followed and evidence is maintained
Assist with audits and reviews, providing documentation and information as required
Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation and reporting within the contracts function, supporting efficiency and consistency across the team
Requirements:
Experience working in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within a healthcare, contracts or regulated environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective working relationships
