This role involves managing contracts related to landlords, media owners, and property compliance. It focuses on tracking renewals, organizing documents, and ensuring audit readiness. Collaborating with teams and streamlining processes are key aspects of this job.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the onboarding of landlord, media owner, and property-related contracts
  • Tracking key dates like renewals, expirations, and deliverables so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Collaborating with other departments to coordinate contract requirements
  • Reviewing, approving, and filing contracts in line with company policy
  • Monitoring compliance and raising any risks or concerns early
  • Supporting audits and legal reviews when needed
  • Helping to improve and streamline contract processes and record-keeping
  • Providing occasional admin support to the wider Asset Management team

Requirements:

  • Experience in contract administration and working with databases
  • Confident with MS Excel and managing data
  • Detail-focused and accurate with strong organisational skills
  • Great communicator - both written and verbal
  • Comfortable managing your own workload and deadlines

Nice to have:

Familiarity with legal terms or basic contract law knowledge
