Job Description

Our client, a media entertainment company, is looking for a Contracts Data Coordinator to join their team! This will be a onsite role working out of their office in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in contract administration/rights management and experience with Airtable.

Job Responsibility

  • Support rights management by organizing and aggregating inconsistent licensing data from deal memos and agreements spanning several years
  • Extract key information from various sources and compile it into a single, structured database (Airtable)
  • This organized dataset will serve as the essential foundation for populating Rightsline, the organization's new rights management system

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in contract administration, paralegal work, licensing, or rights management
  • Required experience with Airtable, with prior knowledge of Rightsline considered a significant advantage
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented professional who demonstrates strong accountability and a collaborative mindset
