You’ll work closely with legal, finance, and business teams to support contract intake, drafting assistance, compliance tracking, and process coordination.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and redlining standard agreements (e.g., NDAs, vendor agreements, SOWs)
  • Maintain contract repositories and monitor renewals, expirations, and key contract dates
  • Support signature workflows and internal approval processes
  • Assist in reviewing data processing agreements (DPAs), BAAs, and privacy‑related contract terms
  • Track contractual privacy obligations and flag compliance‑sensitive language for review
  • Support documentation of privacy requirements across customer and vendor contracts
  • Assist with administration of government or public‑sector contracts, including flow‑down provisions
  • Support preparation of contract documentation for submissions, certifications, and reporting
  • Coordinate certificate of insurance (COI) requests and tracking
  • Support internal reporting, contract metrics, and process documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Legal, Finance, Sales, HR, and external partners as needed

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or a similar role
  • Experience supporting drafting, redlining, or negotiation of commercial agreements
  • Working knowledge of data privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management or document management tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice to have

  • Experience with government or regulated‑sector contracts
  • Background in SaaS, technology, or healthcare environments
  • Experience with Salesforce‑integrated CLM platforms
  • Paralegal certification or legal education a plus
  • Prior experience in a startup or growth‑stage company
