Job Description:

The Contracts Billing Administrator role supports the administration and management of non-research related contracts for Radiology and Molecular Imaging and Therapy (MIT), ensuring compliance with organisational processes and procedures and delegations of authority.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working closely with the Business Manager overseeing the administration and maintenance of non-research related contracts, track the status of each contract and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
  • Liaise effectively with departmental managers, external vendors, and internal teams (procurement, finance, legal) to manage contract-related activities
  • Maintain accurate databases and prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance, and financial transactions

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail, prioritisation, and time management while working independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to be able to build positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors
