Job Description

Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Contracts Attorney for a part-time, contract opportunity with a nonprofit organization! This position is remote, with a preference for candidates able to work EST hours (Central time zone also considered). Qualified candidates should have experience drafting and reviewing a variety of agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, vendor contracts, NDAs, and SaaS agreements, and will focus on building and standardizing contract templates, supporting internal processes, and working closely with business stakeholders to ensure contracts are practical and easy to use.
