Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial contracts
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiating, drafting, and executing complex agreements from inception to completion
  • Experience collaborating directly with Sales, Procurement, Product, and/or Operations teams
  • Active attorney license in good standing is required
