Job Description:

Pivotal role overseeing the smooth running of a busy service department, being the go-to person for customers needing equipment servicing and contract support, ensuring operations run seamlessly and delivering a professional and customer-focused experience

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate repairs, including booking equipment in, arranging collections/returns, and liaising with engineers and customers throughout the repair process
  • Manage and administer maintenance contracts, including renewals, amendments, and updates
  • Negotiate service contracts
  • Prepare, issue, and track contract renewal quotations and service documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and service management systems
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling calls and emails professionally and promptly
  • Support the service and contracts team with general administration, scheduling, and documentation
  • Assist in preparing management reports and service performance data as required
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure efficient coordination of services
  • Ensure all customer interactions and contract activities are compliant with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Solid administrative experience in a similar office-based role
  • Proven ability to negotiate service contracts
  • Background in contracts administration or service coordination
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/service management systems
