Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organised, motivated individual to undertake the role of Contracts and Compliance Specialist within our Partnership Living team (within Supported Housing). This position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) based in our Eastleigh office but this is subject to negotiation (travel to London will also be required), with working hours 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday (this working pattern is open to negotiation).

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide specialist advice and monitoring of contracts and compliance
  • Contracts negotiation (e.g., service level agreements, lease agreements, void agreements) with support providers and local authorities
  • Work with internal colleagues and support providers to deliver full compliance with landlord Health & Safety legislative and regulatory requirements for the Partnership Living portfolio
  • Ensure effective risk minimisation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of the Housing sector is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Strong I.T. and organisational skills
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work across the whole of Abri’s geography, when required
