We're looking for a Contracts and Client Experience Specialist to be the backbone of our commercial operations. In this pivotal role, you will manage the full contract lifecycle and provide outstanding support to our clients while also contributing to key commercial activities.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other documents
Review and ensure contracts comply with business requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders for risk management
Maintain accurate records, monitor performance and resolve issues
Administer agreements (new, renewals, amendments) and coordinate with account managers for compliance
Monitor filing systems and ensure documentation completeness
Coordinate contract distribution and receipt within deadlines
Serve as primary contact for contract inquiries and escalations
Develop positive client relationships to enhance experience
Gather client feedback for improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally to address concerns and deliver exceptional service
Requirements:
A minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
